Rel (any pronouns) is an enigma of a being who goes under other names. It is a shapeshifter. Currenly, Rel stays in the form of a happy-go-lucky energetic child who loves drawing named Screeg, so that it can commit violent acts and get away with them.
Rel is one of many forms Suyachi has taken during its time on Nileon. The closest thing to a "true" form Rel has is Reynolds (it/its).

Screeg appeared in Alosa one day, wielding a giant pencil. Even if she’s lying about who she is, she really does love art. Muki is one of the few common people who knows about her "past life", as Screeg told her the truth.
Kuri and Rel are on bad terms. Rel thinks Kuri is a pathetic whiner, and regrets having been close to him in the past.
