Cernia (he/him) was the first Atmabeing created. His titles were The Atma of Planets and The Prince of All Living.
Cernia was the right hand man to Suyachi for all the millenia they were together. He shared a lot of traits of Suyachi’s, however his trickster nature was vastly more playful compared to Suyachi’s more direct violence. Of course, he was not perfect, but he was oftentimes worshipped as a protector against seemingly “unknown” plagues on planets-- he found more fun in toying with individual persons and not full disasters, and on his planets, he would stop disasters if Suyachi started them.

When Suyachi fled to Nileon, Cernia became the head Atma after he had the planned successor subdued by the only Atma he created. Within a decade, it was clear he was not equipped for the role, as he'd started to go on a powertrip. When confronted, he went on a rampage, slaying several Atma. For his crimes, the remaining Atma sent him down to Nileon as a Nightspirit.
